• Complimentary ground shipping within 1 to 7 business days
• In-store collection available within 1 to 7 business days
• Next-day and Express delivery options also available
• Products are delicately pack in Quaintrelle's bag and delivered in the shipping box

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Visa Electron. The total will be charged to your card when the order is placed.
Bank Transfer: Just select Bank Transfer as a payment method at the checkout and complete your payment using the QR code or account number on the order confirmation page.

Payment and shipping information: When you purchase a product from our website or store, we collect your name, billing address, email address, and payment card information to process your payment. We also collect your shipping address and contact details to ship the product to you. We process this data to perform our contract with you.

We may use your information to contact you in any communications that may require includes promotions or newsletters. We Do Not keep your credit card information for any future purchases. Only eligible items returned within 7 days; refunds will be returned back to the original form of payment used for purchase. The customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and service fees of the original purchase is non-refundable.
